soundmite is a short-form audio social network.
Audio clips of 21 seconds or less, also known as “soundmites”, can be recorded using our mobile app and shared with followers or friends on the soundmite network as well as on Twitter and Facebook.
Any audio can be shared - send your mates a voice message from the pub, or maybe try your hand at a 21 second cover version.
Perhaps you could capture the sound of a wood pigeon when you’re taking the dog for a walk or read out your daughter’s prize-winning school poem.
Even better, get her to read it!
Think of it as an audio micro-blog, tiny podcast or sound status update.
This is the first public beta of our mobile app, so we really want to hear what you think.
